Rachel facilitated a cooking demonstration of ‘Johnnycakes’ at Yale University on December 6, 2024. During this demonstration, Rachel encouraged audience members participation by letting them make their own johnnycake sandwiches with turkey, watercress, cheddar cheese, and cranberries on cranberry johnnycakes.
